Miners Park Hiking Trails
The Miners Park in Ironwood, has 13 miles of hiking trails for all skill levels. There are 3 miles of mowed wide trail, also used for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. There are also 10 miles of trails that are used for both hiking and mountain biking.Built into Ironwood’s historic mining sites, the trails weave through previously abandoned industrial iron hematite mines dating back to the 1880’s to 1960’s.
